The concept:
This line from the lyrics of the song Heads Or Tails, Real Or Not? inspired me to draw something about the feeling when you've had enough of everything and decide that you want to feel nothing for a moment, that none of the bad things can touch you.

I needed a background but I was unsure about it. That's why I decided to make something in Photoshop because I didn't want to ruin the drawing.

Material:

For the drawing:
Ballpoint pen(black) on watercolor paper
Reference of the girl - [link] from I've changed it a lot obviously. I used it only for the basic shapes.

I'm kind of a noob to Photoshop so any advice is welcome. After all, this is my first manipulation.
I think I ought to add a bit more of contrast.
